Holly’s room at Lansdowne Resort was a bustle of activity. As bridesmaids moved about and hair was being curled and sprayed, Holly sat by the window at the far end of the room, the final touches of her makeup being applied while her wedding day playlist ran through its songs on her laptop nearby. I never think it’s possible to find bridesmaids sweeter than the last wedding I’ve photographed, but here they were. They made sure she (and I) had what we needed. And Niamh? She checked on me several times throughout the day, well into the reception, to ask if there was anything she could do for me. “Have fun!” I told her, and inside I had a fondness for her and all of Holly and Sean’s other friends. This same fondness that Holly and Sean must feel, being surrounded by so many wonderful people who were thrilled to share in the joy and love of this couple on their wedding day.

Of Irish descent, and the fact that Holly and Sean met while playing gaelic football, it was only fitting for Sean to gift the groomsmen with monogrammed glasses and a mini bottle of Jameson.

Holly hand-wrapped all of the table numbers, and it adds the perfect touch to the reception decor! I also love that she chose the long farm tables for the center of the room.
